Fantastic Stay Near JFK!

The check-in staff was quite friendly. My room had double luggage racks which was really helpful. I also noticed the staff worked quickly to check guests in (even when many flights were canceled!).
I had some trouble with breakfast. They ran out of several items before closing. I hope this gets fixed in the future.

The hotel provides access to the JFK airport via the airtrain. There is a gym available and it has modern equipment for a good workout. A breakfast area is also available .

Staff members responded quickly to my requests. They were especially helpful when the safe in my room was locked. I appreciate how they let me sit in the lobby after checkout.

The hotel is near the Sutphin Avenue transit station. This station provides access to the JFK airtrain, the Long Island railroad and the subway. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport.

the hotel provided a room that was clean. the location is close to the transit station. i got a ride to the hotel from the transit station. i pre-negotiated the price with the driver.
The breakfast options were basic with the same choices each day. The staff did not always replenish items quickly enough.

The staff displayed care for my needs. I found them really great. the proximity to the air train to jfk was really convenient, though the neighborhood felt a bit rough late at night.

The rooms were generously sized and clean for a stay near the airport. i found the bed clean and the pillows comfortable. I had a hot shower. The room provided everything i needed for the night.
